I am finding book 2 [to be] very beneficial as I can now read some paragraphs without the vowels. My vocabulary has also increased. Book 2 is a little intense compared to book 1 as there is more rulings to learn in one lesson, but overall with a lot of practice you will see the fruits of your hard work. I like the way the teacher is very patient and his motivation to make sure that his students have actually understood the lesson before he moves on to the next stage.
